Simon is a bearded, bicycle obsessed coffee loving, self confessed twitter addict who is fanatical about all things Jesus and F1. Married to Lisa, much of their spare time is spent recreating the TV programme ‘The Good Life” growing their own and dreaming of one day leaving the city smog for the country. Simon sits on the MPower National Team, Elim’s mens ministry.

Duncan has been senior pastor at Coventry Elim since 2005. He’s married to Helen, has four great kids and is also foster carer. Duncan loves running marathons, watching West Ham United and reading books.

Brought up in Huddersfield, Mike has been in the Huddersfield Elim church since 1983. He worked in engineering for over Nineteen years, before becoming an assistant minister in January 2006 and then a Senior Pastor in April 2011.

Mike is married to Carol with one son Benjamin. He still manages to play five-a-side football, is a bit of movie-buff and, if had the choice, would eat spicy food at every meal time.

He has passion for encouraging people, especially men, in their walk with God, not only through one-to-one support but also in mentoring groups, learning from and living out God’s Word. Mike believes that the church is in its most exciting time for a generation, with new challenges and opportunities to share Jesus with a needy world.

Andy lives in Leeds with his wife Lisa and their 3 children.  On the Pastoral staff of Bridge Community Church, Leeds, he also serves as a Regional Co-Ordinator for, Elim’s North-East Region.  He loves most sport, motorcycling, cooking and practical jokes.  A Sheffield United fan, he admires any supporter of his or her home team.

The weirdest thing he’s done is ride the motorcycle hearse at several funerals.
